I first started window cleaning when I was 16 and have experience using both the reach and wash pole system, as well as using the traditional approach with ladders. I view customer happiness as of the utmost importance. I try to make sure I go to every length possible to ensure that my customers are satisfied with my service.
We are currently expanding our client base, so please contact us on the below number so we can sort you out with a quote.
Methods – WFP & Traditional
Water fed pole (wfp) is a safe and efficient way to get your windows cleaned. Purified water is pumped along a hose to a brush, which is used to scrub the windows. We then rinse off the dirt and residue from the window.
We are starting to use this system to cover more properties on our round. The primary reason is safety, if there are any windows that are unsafe or too high to reach on ladders then we will use the pole. In particular we are moving away from cleaning three story buildings from ladders. WFP provides a higher quality clean on many windows, included in this is leaded or small paned windows. My contractors are very experienced with the wfp method having worked this way for many years.
As the de-ironised water is treated to remove all impurities it can be left on the window and will dry clear, completely streak free!
Traditional cleaning from a ladder is also possible depending on the property. If there are any concerns about method of cleaning used then please discuss that with us. In many cases we are happy to tailor the maintenance to customers preference, but in others to ensure our health and safety then we might only be able to offer a wfp service.
