Regularity
I run a monthly round. However, unlike with other companies you are not locked to that service. I’m very flexible and If preferred I can include you in my round for a clean every two or three months. Please be upfront about how often you would like the clean, as this will greatly help when it comes to organising my schedule. I do not operate an opt-in service. If you need to skip a clean for whatever reason then that’s fine. Please just give me at least 24hr notice so I can allocate the slot to someone else.

Notifications
Many of my customers prefer that I contact them before I come to clean their windows. I can do so by text, call or email. If required, an ETA can be provided upon request.

Our standard window cleaning service is for the outside windows. This could be the whole house or just the front depending on accessibility. Frames and sills are always included in our quote.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations as long as a minimum of 24hrs notice is given. If we receive less notice than this then a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied. This policy is to protect our days earnings. Generally speaking we are able to complete our work in most weather conditions, including rain. If there are extreme winds or torrential downpours/storms then we will be forced to reschedule due to safety concerns. If you don’t like the look of the forecast then it’s fine to cancel the appointment as long as 24hrs notice is given, if less notice is provided then the 50% late cancellation fee will apply.

Inside window cleaning can be arranged upon requested. We recommend having the internal glass cleaned once a year.

Glass & poly roofs

Do you have a conservatory/extension roof that is just such a pain to clean? We can sort you out there! Using wfp equipment and deep cleaning solutions we will have that glass looking new in no time.

Gutters

They tend to get full of leaves, moss and other debris over time. Blocked gutters can lead to water damage and mold in your property. We recommend getting them cleared every year or two depending on the circumstances.

Facias and more!

We believe it is best to kill as many birds as possible with one stone. We would consider adding additional top-ups to our window cleaning service. So if you have something on your mind, just ask! We may be able to include that in your clean for a reasonable price.
